Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in renewable energy/solar construction or solar project management.
• Experience leading engineers and developing leadership skills.
• Familiarity with utility-scale solar design documents.
• Knowledge of electrical design, materials, and power systems.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate design process for utility-scale solar projects.
• Review and coordinate solar electrical and structural design studies.
• Lead project engineers and mentor team.
• Coordinate RFIs with preconstruction and operations.
• Travel up to 20% nationally for site visits.
