Solar Energy Partners is seeking an Energy Consultant Coordinator in Atlanta, GA to support the sales team by managing inbound and outbound leads and scheduling high-quality appointments for Energy Consultants. The role requires strong organization, proactive outreach, and excellent communication to drive customer engagement in the renewable energy sector.

You will track leads, follow up with prospects, and collaborate with the sales team to optimize schedules and maximize conversions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in appointment-setting, sales support, or customer service.
• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools preferred.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Track, organize, and manage inbound/outbound leads using SEP’s CRM.
• Appointment Scheduling: Contact prospects, qualify leads, and book solar consultations.
• Follow-Up & Nurturing: Reach out via calls, texts, and emails to maximize conversions.
• CRM & Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and statuses.
• Coordination with Sales Team: Align with Energy Consultants to ensure steady flow of qualified appointments.
• Customer Prequalification: Gather energy usage, roof condition, and financing info to streamline consultations.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor appointment conversion rates and report to leadership.
• Assist in Marketing & Outreach: Support leads from marketing campaigns and events.
