Job summary

Housebuildr Inc in Los Angeles is seeking a sharp, personable appointment setter to convert warm solar leads into qualified consultations. In this role you’ll engage homeowners in person, explain solar benefits, and set appointments using scripted CRM workflows.

You’ll work closely with closers and sales consultants, receive training and fast-track promotions, with incentives, commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
• Previous sales or appointment setting experience a plus
• Excellent people skills and natural charisma
• Tech-friendly (Zoom, CRM, online scheduling)
• Self-motivated and quick to adapt

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in person to set qualified appointments
• Educate on the benefits of going solar and pre-qualify interest
• Use CRM tools and scripts to stay organized and consistent
• Follow up with leads and update pipeline notes
• Work closely with closers and sales consultants
