Current Openings is seeking a motivated Solar Advisor to join our outbound team. You will contact potential customers via phone, text, and email to qualify interest and schedule appointments with our solar energy consultants.

This role emphasizes a positive, persuasive approach and collaboration with the sales team to drive growth. You will manage CRM records, adapt to campaign changes, and strive to meet daily appointment targets while earning a competitive hourly wage plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive demeanor.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and persistently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to CRM records.
• Typing and computer skills are a MUST!
• Collaborative attitude with sales team.
• Self-motivated and goal-focused.
• Adapt quickly to changes in scripts and campaigns.
• Outbound calling experience preferred; solar knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to warm leads only; no cold calling.
• Qualify interest in solar energy solutions.
• Schedule appointments with our Energy Consultants.
• Record detailed information in the CRM for each call/appointment.
• Follow up with interested leads not yet ready to proceed.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment targets.
