Job summary

Ethical Energy Solar in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Solar Energy Advisor to energize our growth and help clients adopt clean power. You will generate solar energy leads and build new accounts through outreach and networking.

You will gather customer information and prepare polished proposals, quotes, contracts, and presentations tailored to each home, while matching customers with the right products based on energy needs and site conditions. Travel required.

• Calculate potential solar production for each property — factoring in climate, shading, and roof orientation.
• Create customized energy management packages that deliver maximum value and savings.
• Develop marketing strategies and outreach plans to connect with target customers.

Location: York, PA & Pittsburgh, PA (Remote but must be able to travel to office)
Schedule: Full-time | Make your own schedule and hours
Compensation: Base + Commission (Top advisors earn $300k+)
