You will recruit, coach, and empower Account Managers, drive forecasts, budgets, and market initiatives, and lead the Emerging Markets Technology organization. Willingness to travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership coaching and team development experience.
• Industry sales background in heavy equipment, construction tech, or renewable energy.
• Understanding of utility-scale solar project development and market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to regional Account Managers.
• Develop and monitor regional sales strategies, forecasts, budgets, and growth initiatives.
• Coach team through prospecting, negotiations, closing, product knowledge, and margin management.
• Oversee sales operations, CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, reporting, and performance metric accountability across the region.
• Lead a growing Emerging Markets Technology organization within RDO.
