Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience.
• Proven ability to self-generate appointments.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations.
• Strong communication and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Represent and market Clark Energies within assigned territory.
• Develop new clientele and expand market presence.
• Train consultants on conducting effective in-home solar consultations.
• Lead and host weekly meetings for appointment setters and consultants.
• Ensure all performance targets, goals, and KPIs are consistently met.
