Job summary

ION Solar, LLC is seeking a Design Validation Specialist to confirm customer designs and manage layout changes throughout the solar project. You will call customers after final design, assist with panel layout for optimal production and aesthetics, and handle financial changes and contract documents.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and comfort with Salesforce; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Salesforce experience.
Experience in Customer Service or customer facing roles.
Strong communication skills including relationship building, active listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Reliability and regular attendance.
Computer literacy.
Solar experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

Call customers once their final design is created to confirm their layout.
Assist customers with the layout of the panels to provide maximum production and aesthetics.
Process financial changes.
Create and retrieve updated contract documents.
Communicate changes and issues effectively with sales representatives in the field.
Field inbound customer calls with design inquiries.
