Job summary

ION Solar, LLC is seeking a Design Validation Specialist to confirm customer designs and manage layout changes throughout the solar project. You will call customers after final design, assist with panel layout for optimal production and aesthetics, and handle financial changes and contract documents.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and comfort with Salesforce; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Salesforce experience.
• Experience in Customer Service or customer facing roles.
• Strong communication skills including relationship building, active listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliability and regular attendance.
• Computer literacy.
• Solar experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes.

Responsibilities
