Job summary

ION Solar is a growing residential solar company with offices nationwide. We are seeking a Design Validation Specialist to confirm solar designs with customers, assist with panel layout for maximum production and aesthetics, and process financing changes throughout the solar process.

You will call customers after final design is created to confirm layout, communicate changes to sales field staff, and create/update contract documents as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills including active listening, verbal and written.
• Reliability with regular attendance and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Call customers once final design is created to confirm layout.
• Assist customers with panel layout for maximum production and aesthetics.
• Process financing changes and updates.
• Create and retrieve updated contract documents.
• Communicate changes to sales representatives in the field.
• Field inbound calls with design inquiries from customers.
