The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience in construction, strong budgeting and contract management knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints. OSHA familiarity and proficiency with construction management software are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, and contract management.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics with attention to detail.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site operations ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, laborers and on-site personnel for efficient execution.
• Review blueprints and project plans for timely completion.
• Maintain quality control across construction processes to meet specs.
• Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets and schedules, allocating labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Use construction management software to track milestones and records.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for status updates.
• Promote safety culture and reinforce company standards on site.
