Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Solar Construction Project Manager for a 2-month contract (W-2) to support NYSERDA and EPC project management. Location: Avon, NY. Per diem available.

You will report to the onsite manager and oversee ground-mounted system installation while coordinating with contractors to ensure compliance with local solar regulations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with technical installation on commercial solar systems
• Ability to read and understand solar energy system drawings and schematics

Responsibilities

• Site management overseeing ground-mounted installation and coordination with contractors to ensure compliance with local Avon, NY solar regulations
• Grid interconnection: manage technical aspects of connecting high-capacity solar systems
• Plan, budget, schedule, and communicate with the project team from development through commissioning
