Job summary

Avantus is seeking a Project Manager (EPC and Construction) to support day-to-day EPC team functions from early development through construction and into commercial operation for a portfolio of projects. You will report to the Director, EPC and Construction and collaborate with development, procurement, and engineering teams to drive milestones.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and reporting, ensure safety-first contracting, and coordinate across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or construction management.
• 5 years EPC management and contracting experience in solar or utility infrastructure projects.
• 3 years experience with a utility-scale solar developer or IPP.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across design and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EPC contracting activities from bid to execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams for project milestones.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets and cashflow and ensure timely reporting to sponsors.
• Ensure safety priorities are reflected in contracting and compliance with agreements.
