Job summary

SOLV Energy, located on a jobsite in Pomeroy, WA, seeks a Construction Manager to lead solar projects from inception to completion. This full‑time role focuses on planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on‑site leadership to ensure on‑time delivery, quality, safety, and compliance.

The position involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, managing project documentation, and driving continuous improvement in site safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of construction experience, preferably solar/renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with project management tools and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise construction and solar projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and workforce allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, procure materials, and maintain documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Resolve project-related issues, scope changes, and staffing challenges.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Lead and coordinate project team, communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
