Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects nationwide, located full-time on a jobsite with travel. You will manage budgets, subcontractor negotiations, procurement, and schedule adherence, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Expect collaboration with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors, and involvement in preconstruction activities. The role demands 8–10 years in field construction management with leadership capabilities and strong

Qualifications

• Engineering, construction management or architecture degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years field construction management experience, including supervisory skills.
• Ability to lead and manage complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Familiarity with scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple or large, complex projects.
• Estimate budgets and contract prices (GMP/Lump Sum).
• Negotiate subcontract and material purchases.
• Set up and implement job procedures to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval and material delivery.
• Keep project on schedule and develop safety plans.
• Maintain timely reporting to management and supervise project team.
• Organize regular meetings for management and subcontractors.
• Complete project close-out procedures and warranty follow-up.
