SOLV Energy, Inc. through its SDI Services affiliate is hiring a Construction Manager to lead solar construction projects on-site from kickoff to completion.

You will plan, schedule, budget, supervise crews, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients to ensure safe, on-budget delivery. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Business, 2–4 years of related experience, and proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a CM/Engineering/Business field or related experience.
• 2–4 years of related experience in construction or solar projects.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute, and supervise construction and solar projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project schedules and budgets; coordinate workforce and procurement.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet objectives.
• Oversee contract negotiation, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead site safety programs and enforce safety protocols on site.
• Maintain records of progress, materials, and labor hours; report on project status.
