Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of construction experience, preferably solar/renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with project management tools and budgeting.

This position, located full‑time on a jobsite in Pomeroy, WA, is housed within SDI Services, an affiliate of SOLV Energy. The Construction Manager will plan, schedule, budget, and oversee solar construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality, safety, and compliance.

• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation.
• CPR / First Aid certification; OSHA 30‑hour Construction Safety or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
