Job summary

SOLV Energy, through its SDI Services affiliate in Pomeroy, WA, is hiring a Construction Manager to lead solar project construction from planning through completion. The role requires coordinating schedules, budgets and teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

The ideal candidate has a construction or engineering background with 2–4 years of related experience and proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or 2–4 years of related experience.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA regulations.
• Strong knowledge of construction and solar industry practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise construction and solar projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project scheduling, budget, workforce coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to meet objectives.
• Oversee contract negotiation, procurement, documentation, and reporting.
