Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and determine work procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate foremen and their craft workers.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Set work sequences to meet schedules and allocate personnel.
• Monitor schedules and estimate worker-hours for job completion.
• Resolve work problems and maintain time records.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members.
