Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related experience.
• Experience with tools, equipment and machinery.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and schematics to determine procedures.
• Supervise foremen and craft workers; coordinate activities.
• Interpret specifications and job orders; enforce safety regulations.
• Develop work sequences to meet construction schedules.
• Estimate worker-hour requirements and manage time records.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members.
