Job summary

This position requires at least five years of related experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to manage costs and performance while ensuring quality across diverse teams on site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and drawings to determine work procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate foremen and craft workers.

• Plan work sequences to meet construction schedule.
• Analyze schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements.
• Maintain time records and assist with cost estimates.
• Lead team by example and manage performance.
