Mortenson is seeking a Construction Coordinator I for a Solar project in the United States. The role requires coordination of punch lists, invoices, training, and safety inspections while interacting with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, construction site experience, strong Microsoft Office and internet skills, and the ability to learn construction management software. Travel up to 100% is possible depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience on a construction job site preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research.
• Ability to learn construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, and production plans.
• Process invoices and billing under supervision.
• Train new project admins/clerks.
• Perform basic inventory control.
• Assist with record retention and document controls.
• Perform basic field quality and safety inspections.
• Document conformance to plans and specs.
• Recommend potential solutions.
• Promote Mortenson's safety culture.
• Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
• All other duties as assigned.
