Job summary

Ampacity, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Warranty & Closeout Coordinator to manage post-commissioning issues, coordinating people, materials, and schedules to resolve and close out projects. You will work with warranty, supply chain, field operations, scheduling, and engineering to ensure timely remediation and clear communication.

This role involves frequent coordination in an office setting with occasional site visits to assess issues and verify closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of solar tracking systems and field service requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to coordinate across warranty, supply chain, scheduling, field operations and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for post-commissioning issues from intake through closeout.
• Maintain a current tracker of open issues, priorities, owners, parts, crew assignments, and next steps.
• Coordinate with warranty, supply chain, scheduling, field crews, operations, engineering, and other resources to remediate plans.
• Verify materials, documentation, technical information, and qualified resources are available before work is scheduled.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and next steps to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate issues when additional support or decisions are needed.
• Verify remediation work is completed and closeout documentation collected.
• Identify recurring post-commissioning issues and share trends for continuous improvement.
• Provide secondary support to troubleshooting team for field calls.
