Ampacity is seeking a Warranty & Closeout Coordinator to manage post-commissioning issues, coordinating across warranty, supply chain, field operations, scheduling, and technical support. You’ll help ensure timely, organized closeout and field assistance as needed.

The role emphasizes coordinating resources, tracking actions, and communicating status to customers and internal teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and evolving needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple open project issues and competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating warranty, supply chain, scheduling, and field operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for post-commissioning issues through remediation and closeout.
• Maintain a current tracker of open issues, priorities, owners, parts, and next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to build and execute remediation plans.
