Job summary

Ampacity, LLC is seeking a Warranty & Closeout Coordinator to manage post-commissioning issues, coordinate resources, and ensure timely closeout. You will work with warranty, supply chain, field operations, and engineering to drive remediation plans and communicate progress to customers.

Primary duties include maintaining issue trackers, coordinating parts and crews, and validating documentation before closeout. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating post-commissioning issues.
• Ability to manage multiple open project issues and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for post-commissioning issues, from intake through remediation and closeout.
• Maintain a current tracker of open issues, priorities, owners, parts, crew assignments, and next steps.
• Coordinate with warranty, supply chain, scheduling, field crews, operations, engineering, and internal resources to implement remediation plans.
• Verify materials, documentation, and technical information are available before scheduling work.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and next steps to customers and stakeholders.
• Escalate issues when additional support or decisions are needed.
• Confirm remediation is completed and close out documentation is collected.
• Identify recurring issues and share trends with teams for continuous improvement.
• Provide secondary support to the technical troubleshooting team during urgent field needs.
