Job summary

Ampacity is seeking a Warranty & Closeout Coordinator to lead post-commissioning issue resolution, coordinating across warranty, supply chain, field operations, and engineering teams. You will manage intake, remediation, and formal closeout while supporting field staff with timely responses to customer needs.

The role involves documenting every step, tracking progress, and escalating blockers to ensure projects stay on track.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple open project issues and priorities.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Coordination with warranty, supply chain, scheduling, field ops, engineering, and tech support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for post-commissioning issues from intake to closeout.
• Maintain a live tracker of issues, owners, parts, and next steps.
• Ensure materials, tech info, and resources are available before work is scheduled.
• Provide status updates to customers and stakeholders throughout closeout.
• Identify recurring issues and share trends for continuous improvement.
• Support field technicians with immediate field assistance as needed.
