Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of civil engineering design experience in A&E.
• EIT certification required; PE preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Experience with county/state permitting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform all aspects of civil design and technical solutions for utility-scale renewable projects.
• Provide leadership, management, and mentorship for the design team.
• Define project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements.
• Conduct team meetings and coordinate with other disciplines to deliver projects.
• Prepare and support project proposals.
• Prepare budget on assigned projects and review invoicing under PM guidance.
• Identify scope and revenue opportunities and participate in business development.
• Maintain client communications regarding project status.
• Establish goals for deliverables and maintain QA/QC goals.
