Job summary

Silfab Solar in Fort Mill, South Carolina is seeking a Production Operator I to safely operate assigned machines, assemble and test components, load materials, and contribute to quality production.

You will follow SWI, maintain clean workstation, perform simple electrical testing, and ensure compliance with policies. High school diploma required; production experience preferred; strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow English work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines per SWI.
• Clean and prepare workstation and machines.
• Assemble and test components to spec.
• Perform simple electrical and continuity testing.
• Identify acceptable vs defective assemblies.
• Check final assembly for finish, labeling, and packaging.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
