Job summary

Silfab Solar in Burlington, WA is seeking a Production Operator I for the Pitman Day shift to operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently, producing quality modules. You will load materials, monitor machines, and help maintain a clean, organized work area.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and production experience is preferred; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position products and components.
• Clean and prepare workstation and machines.
• Assemble and test components and ensure adherence to required specifications.
• Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of components, parts, and systems.
• Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies; check final packaging methods.
