Job summary

The role requires 6+ years in engineering, with 3+ years in solar or BESS, and leadership across engineering and construction teams. A hybrid work model includes remote, office, and field site visits, with regular interaction with construction and project execution teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in solar, renewable energy, or BESS projects.
• Demonstrated experience in solar power generation and/or battery energy storage systems.
• Background in Field Engineering, Design Engineering, or Construction Engineering.
• Strong understanding of technical engineering principles and practical project execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive critical engineering deliverables and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with contractors and engineering teams to maintain progress.
• Lead discipline engineers and support project managers in execution.
• Monitor project performance, resolve technical issues, ensure standards.
• Participate in site visits and provide field support as needed.
