Job summary

Per Sé Group is actively supporting utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects, providing in-field electrical engineering and construction-execution oversight. The role integrates with EPC contractors, internal engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure the project is built as engineered and on schedule.

You will review drawings, coordinate deliverables, and track issues while remaining primarily desktop-based with occasional site inspections.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree or closely related technical background.
• 5+ years supporting utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS projects.
• Comfort with NEC, AutoCAD, Excel, and PVsyst; connect engineering details to field.
• Experience with construction execution and EPC interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, electrical diagrams, and Solar PV layouts.
• Coordinate with EPCs on engineering deliverables, schedules, and technical requirements.
• Track RFIs, technical issues, and change impacts through resolution.
• Support construction teams when design or engineering questions surface.
• Bring constructability input to development projects when bandwidth allows.
• Step onto project sites occasionally for inspections, coordination, and oversight.
• Keep multiple project workstreams moving while maintaining technical detail.
