Job summary

Enel North America seeks a Site Manager, Solar & BESS to lead operational excellence across our Solar and Battery Energy Storage System fleet. You will drive standardized processes, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to maximize production and reliability.

The role requires 5–7 years in Solar & BESS operations, with ERCOT familiarity preferred. Strong data analysis, SAP/Power BI experience, and a proactive safety culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years related experience; with specific background in Solar & BESS operations in ERCOT a plus.
• Strong understanding of Solar & BESS operational processes.
• Experience working with operational systems such as SCADA, SAP, PI, and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Solar & BESS plants operate in alignment with approved operational processes, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate operational priorities to align site activities, outages, and constraints with performance and revenue objectives.
• Monitor operational KPIs, availability metrics, dispatch adherence, and other operational performance indicators.
• Drive implementation of corrective actions at site level, verify effectiveness and quantify impact.
• Promote standardization of operational practices across the fleet.
• Reinforce a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
