Job summary

A leading national EPC company is seeking a BESS Electrical Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and oversee electrical installations within large-scale solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience with medium voltage systems. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with specifications, mentoring team members, and managing site logistics and quality control. This position requires 100% travel across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with medium voltage equipment and cable.
• Current driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel extensively across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality installation of electrical systems.
• Provide support and oversight in construction and installation.
• Participate in project meetings and monitor subcontractor activities.
• Mentor and train field personnel and oversee performance evaluations.
