MasTec Renewables seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar projects across the U.S. You will oversee safety, budgets, schedules, and field teams while championing clean energy delivery.

This remote role requires about 50–60% travel, with onsite bursts during start-up and critical phases. You’ll mentor apprentices and collaborate with nationwide clients to expand our renewables footprint.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of construction industry experience.
• Experience managing utility-scale solar or renewables projects preferred.
• Travel up to 60% and willingness to onsite during critical phases.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, budgets, schedules, and resources across projects.
• Document progress and communicate with stakeholders throughout execution.
• Manage contract documents, risks and changes.
• Lead project integrations, scopes, time and cost management.
• Mentor apprentices and support talent development.
• Ensure PWA compliance where applicable.
