Job summary

Crossley Scott seeks an Energy Optimization Manager to own field-based O&M across a portfolio of solar assets. You will direct technicians, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety, reliability, and commercial productivity. Travel across regional facilities is expected.

The role emphasizes proactive maintenance planning, fault response, and collaboration with engineering and procurement teams to improve asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in solar O&M, power generation, or industrial maintenance.
• Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating technicians and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of technicians and external O&M contractors.
• Develop daily work plans and coordinate resources for maintenance.
• Assign, monitor, and close maintenance tasks in CMMS.
• Lead daily operational meetings and escalate issues.
• Deliver preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across assets.
• Coordinate responses to faults, outages, and alarms.
