Job summary

Strata Clean Energy is seeking a Plant Maintenance Regional Manager to lead a team of technicians across multiple PV plants in the region. This role combines advanced electrical leadership with hands-on maintenance oversight and safety culture, ensuring reliable operation of utility-scale solar assets.

The candidate will manage scheduling, performance reviews, and coordination with subcontractors, while maintaining rigorous documentation and compliance with warranty and O&M contracts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years’ experience on energized AC/DC systems; PV experience preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience supervising electrical work and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional electrical maintenance team and field operations.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance across sites.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance activities and reporting.
• Review timesheets and PTO for direct reports.
• Manage spare parts inventory and equipment calibration.
