Job summary

Forever Agency Group, Albany-based operator of Forever Solar & Roofing, is seeking Solar Appointment Setters / Field Canvassers to cover the Albany and Capital Region. You will speak with homeowners, spark interest in residential solar, and schedule qualified solar consultations for our sales team.

You are not responsible for closing; you initiate contact and qualify opportunities. Training is provided, with emphasis on scripts, lead management, and accurate CRM entry.

Qualifications

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Friendly, confident, and professional.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Willing to follow a proven process.
• Experience in solar, canvassing, appointment-setting, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• canvass residential neighborhoods throughout the Albany and Capital Region.
• Speak directly with homeowners about residential solar opportunities.
• Generate interest and identify homeowners who may qualify for a solar consultation.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Forever Solar & Roofing Sales Representatives.
• Accurately enter customer information and appointment details into our CRM.
• Follow company scripts, training, and qualification guidelines.
• Represent Forever Agency Group and Forever Solar & Roofing in the communities we serve.
• Follow up with potential customers when appropriate.
• Work independently while remaining accountable to team and performance goals.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with homeowners at all times.
