Job summary

Sol-Up is seeking motivated Solar Setters in Las Vegas to join our growing sales team. You will generate and qualify residential solar leads by engaging homeowners, educating them on solar energy, and scheduling qualified appointments for the Closing Team.

Prior solar or sales experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate. This field-based, outdoor role is performance-driven and requires strong customer communication.

• Previous solar, sales, canvassing, customer service, or lead generation is a plus.
• No prior solar experience required; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach and other lead-generation methods.
• Introduce homeowners to solar energy and explain benefits (energy savings).
• Identify and qualify homeowners for solar consultations.
• Ask questions to understand needs and determine eligibility.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the Closing Team.
• Enter and maintain lead/appointment data in CRM.
• Follow up with leads and appointments as required.
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners at all times.
• Meet or exceed lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Represent the company and its brand professionally.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, safety requirements, and laws.
• Collaborate with Setters, Closers, and Sales Leadership to maximize opportunities.
