Job summary

Sunrun is looking for a Retail Team Member in Escondido, California, to engage customers in partner retail stores about renewable energy and storage solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and the willingness to learn while working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Overview

As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the brand within designated partner retail stores, influencing potential customers and educating them on renewable energy and storage solutions. You will proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base, with success measured by relationship-building and attendee engagement.

• Proactively schedule appointments and foster relationships with potential customers in partner retail stores.
• Educate customers on renewable energy and storage solutions and generate enthusiasm for Sunrun products.
• Contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base by influencing individuals you encounter.

• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, to maximize sales success and earnings.
• Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius (average) to manage a multi-store territory.
• Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds in a retail environment.

Additional Information

• Average compensation ranges from $51,408 to $87,288 (location and personal success dependent); top performers can earn $160,000+ per year. California base pay plus incentives ranges may apply for the first 12 months.
