Job summary

MAJE Retail Sales Supervisor at the Spring Street SoHo flagship in NYC, part of SMCP North America. You will lead a team of sales associates, drive exceptional client experiences, and coach staff to uphold brand standards while achieving sales goals.

You’ll build lasting client relationships, demonstrate styling expertise, and contribute to the store’s performance. Flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service experience in a retail environment.
• Some supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Passionate about customer service and fashion with a Parisian chic aesthetic.
• Flexible with scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with passion to deliver personalized clienteling and exceptional service.
• Coach and mentor sales associates to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
• Act as go-to leader in the absence of store management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty.
• Support sales initiatives and motivate the team to meet KPIs.
• Provide feedback to ensure targets are achieved.
• Support back-of-house operations and inventory management.
