Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Some prior supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Passionate about customer service and fashion, with an eye for Parisian chic and luxury retail.
• Friendly, outgoing, and a natural communicator who thrives in a team environment.
• A problem solver who is adaptable, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• A social media presence (preferred but not required).
• Flexible with scheduling and adaptable to the needs of the business.
• Interested in a career path in retail management.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development: Support the sales team by leading with passion and setting high standards for clienteling and exceptional customer service.
• Leadership & Team Development: Coach and mentor sales associates to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
• Leadership & Team Development: Act as a go‑to leader in the absence of store management, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Client Relationships & Customer Experience: Assist in building strong, lasting client relationships, fostering customer loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
• Client Relationships & Customer Experience: Ensure the team consistently delivers personalized service while maintaining brand standards in selling techniques, styling expertise, and overall client engagement.
