Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team in the absence of Store Manager.
• Assist with daily operations, including cash handling and opening/closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Build and maintain a client book to foster loyalty.
• Help achieve sales targets and maintain brand values.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
