SMCP seeks a Retail General Manager for the Maje boutique at 114 Spring Street, NYC. You will lead a client-centric team, drive a strong business strategy across People, Product and Planet, and own day-to-day store operations to deliver unforgettable client experiences.

Bring 2–3+ years of luxury retail supervision, a proven ability to recruit and develop talent, and a passion for coaching and client relationships. This role rewards bold leadership with a premium compensation package in NYC.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in luxury retail management.
• Experience managing in a commission environment is a plus.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a people-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and drive clienteling initiatives.
