Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and act as an ambassador for the company.
• Capable of solving problems and escalating when standard resolutions are not sufficient.
• Willingness to identify process improvements and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding of cloud, software, activations, and warranty operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist purchasing activities and learn vendor contracts, price lists, SKUs, and compliance rules.
• Monitor team queue, manage case assignments, and track service levels for lifecycle operations.
• Activate/register customer purchases per vendor requirements and assist in revenue recognition.
