Qualifications

• Basic ability in Microsoft 365 Business applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, SharePoint).
• Attention to detail in composing, keying, and proofreading professional materials.
• Discreet with the ability to work in a confidential executive environment.
• Routine problem solver when issues arise and know when to escalate.
• Process changes and system improvements in a changing environment.
• Basic working knowledge of Cloud, Software, Activations, and Warranty operation processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist purchasing activities to learn contracts, price lists, SKUs, and vendor rules for a business segment.
• Monitor team queue and reassign cases; manage lifecycle within SLAs for Orders, ETA, Returns, Activations, and Registrations.
• Take actions to activate/register customer purchases per vendor requirements and support revenue recognition.
• Develop and maintain relationships and webinars with vendors’ inside support.
