Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot common software issues during training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training on HPAC and JEM software applications.
• Teach users how to navigate software interfaces, configure scenarios, enter data, execute models, and interpret application outputs.
• Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, exercises, and user guides.
• Conduct hands‑on software demonstrations and practical training exercises.
• Assist students with software operation, troubleshooting, and application functionality.
• Travel to government and military locations to conduct scheduled training.
• Adapt instruction to students with varying levels of technical experience.
• Provide feedback on software usability, training effectiveness, and recurring user issues.
