Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to design and deliver programs to train all levels of personnel.
• Experience delivering training through in-person and virtual classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify training modules, artifacts, videos, and materials as required by the customer.
• Train personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Develop and maintain computer-based training materials in support of DHA and J-6 missions.
• Develop tests, criteria, and visuals to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address risks and translate requirements into documents.
