Job summary

Daxko is seeking a Member Services Specialist to work with members on behalf of our software customers, resolving billing questions, managing account activity, and supporting revenue recovery. You will be the human connection between clients and their members, thriving in a high-volume, phone-based environment.

You will de-escalate situations, maintain accurate financial records in Daxko systems, and contribute to monthly reports while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of customer service experience, in any setting.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and explain clearly.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.
• Solid computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Experience with a CRM platform such as Salesforce.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound member calls with professionalism, patience, and care
• Resolve member billing issues by reviewing accounts, diagnosing problems, and taking action to correct them
• Manage membership billing data, including holds, freezes, terminations, return fees, and reconciliations
• De-escalate tense situations with calm, empathetic communication and follow through to resolution
• Keep member financial records accurate and up to date using Daxko software systems
• Generate monthly reports and support operational processes as needed
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals consistently
