Job summary

Honda is seeking a Software & System Design Engineer I to develop and maintain applications for testing and performance verification across Automotive products. You will work on full-stack development, AWS infrastructure, and HILS environments, collaborating with IT and engineering teams to enable scalable test systems.

The role involves integrating CAE/CAD/PLM tools, providing user support, and delivering well-documented solutions with a focus on reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science / IT / related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Python, C#, .NET, or .NET Core.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, VS Code, Git, and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Exposure to AWS cloud infrastructure and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications across front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases.
• Support, maintain, and enhance test systems and related tools.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate CAE/CAD/PLM tools.
• Provide documentation, user training, and ongoing support for applications.
