HireArt is seeking a System Integration and Test Engineer to support vehicle-centric systems across Motion, Body, and Electrical/Electronic Architecture domains. The role focuses on leading system integration and testing across HIL environments and vehicles, investigating issues, and improving reliability and performance.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in vehicle system development or testing, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience with CAN/LIN/Ethernet, CANalyzer, INCA, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in vehicle system development, integration, or testing.
• Experience with vehicle electrical architecture and automotive communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system integration testing at HIL bench and vehicle levels.
• Analyze data to identify risks and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.
• Improve system behavior, controls, diagnostics, and monitoring capabilities.
• Investigate and drive resolution of complex integration issues.
• Document test results and findings using Jira and Confluence.
• Support validation of corrective actions across test environments.
